Rediscover your
joy in clothes
Clothes matter because of how they make you feel.
You’ll probably begin your wardrobe edit by apologising: for the bedroom, the number of clothes, the way they’re hung. Then, having only just said hello, you’ll be getting your kit off and we’ll both be laughing at the ridiculousness of the situation.
What’s in your wardrobe is never as bad as you think. There’s usually the top you loved so much you bought it three times, work clothes for a life that’s moved on and, somewhere at the back, clothes kept for a different shaped body. All bought in hope but all making getting dressed harder than it needs to be.
So we go through everything together, the clothes you once loved enough to buy, and work out what’s earning its place. By the end you see your wardrobe with fresh eyes, stop spending on things that end up at the back and, most importantly, see yourself properly. Often for the first time. That’s the part I love.
